Frequently asked questions

Straight answers for agents and homeowners.

The top five objections we hear from real-estate agents and stagers, with the numbers, terms, and guarantees from our pre-listing paint package.

Every pre-listing paint job ships with a 5-year workmanship guarantee. We're BC licensed & insured with active WorkSafeBC coverage for every crew member, so if a paint line lifts, a corner peels, or a patch shows through after the photographer's shoot, you call one number and we come back. We've stood behind this since 2010, 500+ projects and counting — that's the same account that pays the liability policy, not a referral program.

Yes — that's the entire reason this package exists. Most jobs run $1.5K–$8K in scope and finish in 72 hours, on a strict Day 0 / Day 1 / Day 2 cycle. Day 0 is the colour consult against the listing photos. Day 1 is prep (8 AM crew arrival, walls patched / sanded / primed, floors masked, landscaping draped). Day 2 is two finish coats plus hand-cut trim. Listing photos can shoot on Day 3 and the property is ready for showings by the weekend. We hold a same-week prep window so agents don't get bumped by a general contractor's two-to-four-week queue.

You get a written quote — not a phone estimate — usually within one business day of the walk-through, and that price is held for 30 days. The crew that walks the property is the same crew that preps and paints. You get one point of contact, itemised invoice, no surprise change orders. We don't take a deposit-and-wait schedule and we don't add line items after the shoot — if we missed something at the walk-through, that's on us.

We do. Day 1 of the cycle is the prep day: walls are patched, sanded, and primed. Furniture is moved back, floors are masked, exterior landscaping is draped. Nail pops, hairline cracks, sun-damaged trim — all of it. You bring us a furnished, lived-in listing; we hand the photographer a paintable surface. That's why the same crew does the walk-through, the prep, and the paint — nobody is finger-pointing at a sub on shoot day.

You're paying for a paint job, not a sale. If the listing falls through, the work is still done — paint is paint, and the next listing (or the next buyer who walks through a showing) inherits a freshly prepped, freshly painted home, not a punch list. That's actually the reason we keep the same crew across every listing and lock the price for 30 days: the second listing happens on the same house more often than people think, and re-using a paint job you've already paid for is part of how agents keep their margins.
