Our Process
Three Days. One Transformation.
A pre-listing paint cycle built around your photographer's shoot day — not a general contractor's schedule.
- Day 0
Colour Consult
We meet at the property (or walk it on a video call) and lock the palette to the listing photos — neutrals that read on every device and a single feature wall if the staging calls for it.
- Day 1
Prep
Crew arrives at 8 AM. Walls are patched, sanded, and primed. Furniture is moved back, floors masked, exterior landscaping draped. Nothing scuffs, nothing drips.
- Day 2
Paint
Two finish coats on every wall, hand-cut trim, full clean-up. Listing photos can shoot on Day 3. The property is ready for showings by the weekend.
VIP consistency
If you list more than two properties a year, the VIP consistency plan is the cheaper path. Locked prep windows, the same crew across every listing, and one number to text when a photographer moves the shoot date.
One-time pre-list package
If this is the one listing on the books, the three-day pre-list package is exactly what you booked — Colour Consult, Prep, Paint, Day 3 shoot. The quote you get back is fixed for 30 days.
