Rates include full surface prep, one coat primer, and two finish coats. Standard 8–9 ft ceiling height; vaulted or cathedral ceilings quoted on site.

- All rates are estimates for typical Delta / Metro Vancouver residential work. Final price depends on a site visit.
- Surface preparation (filling holes, sanding, light drywall repair) is included in standard rates. Extensive damage is quoted separately.
- Primer coat is included. Specialty primers (stain-block, mould-kill) add $0.20–$0.50 / sq ft.
- Multi-storey exteriors add 15–25% for staging and safety equipment.
- Rates are in Canadian dollars, before GST.
