Four steps
One crew start to finish — every step, in plain English.
Step 1 · Day 0
Quote + site walk
- Free on-site walk-through in Vancouver, Delta, Surrey, or the Fraser Valley — no phone estimates.
- We measure walls, ceilings, trim, and any exterior surface that affects line items.
- Existing conditions photographed so the quote matches the actual scope, not a guess.
- Line items listed against your scope — prep, paint, finishes, masking — so nothing surprises you on Day 2.
About 30–45 minutes on-site with the same estimator who'll run the job, so the quote is built against real surfaces, not a phone estimate.
Step 2 · Day 1
Prep + protection
- Crew arrives 8 AM sharp — nail pops, hairline cracks, and sun-damaged trim patched, sanded, and primed before a brush hits the wall.
- Floors masked with drop cloths, furniture moved back from work areas, switch plates and hardware labelled and set aside.
- Exterior landscaping draped, siding masked at windows and trim so overspray stays off the glass and the garden.
- A pre-paint check with you — colour confirmation against the listing photos or your swatch — before the finish coats go on.
Most prep wraps in a single day. Interiors stay dust-contained; exteriors stay weather-tented. You see the prepped wall before any paint goes on.
Step 3 · Day 2
Paint + finish
- Two finish coats rolled and brushed — never sprayed over un-prepped surfaces, never thinned to hit a square-footage target.
- Hand-cut trim lines against masking, not freehand over cured paint, so corners and reveals stay crisp.
- Spot colour-correction against the Day 1 swatch match before the crew packs up — nothing goes to "good enough".
- Final pass removes masking, hardware goes back on, switch plates and outlet covers reinstalled one at a time.
Two coats plus hand-cut trim in one day. Most jobs run $1.5K–$8K in scope and finish in 72 hours so listing photos can shoot on Day 3.
Step 4 · Day 3 / Final visit
Walk-through + warranty
- On-site walk-through against the Day 0 quote — every line item checked, every wall inspected at raking light, nothing left to 'circle back' on.
- 5-year workmanship warranty issued in writing, with one phone number for any paint line lift, peel, or exposed patch.
- Itemised invoice delivered the same day — no surprise change orders, no deposit-and-wait schedule, no add-ons after the shoot.
- BC licensed & insured with active WorkSafeBC coverage for every crew member, so a warranty call means the same account that paid the liability policy shows back up.
The walk-through runs about 30 minutes. You get the warranty in writing, the invoice at the price we quoted, and a crew that comes back if anything lifts — which it won't, because we prepped it right on Day 1.
