- Day 0
Colour Consult
We meet at the property (or walk it on a video call) and lock the palette to the listing photos — neutrals that read on every device and a single feature wall if the staging calls for it.
- Day 1
Prep
Crew arrives at 8 AM. Walls are patched, sanded, and primed. Furniture is moved back, floors masked, exterior landscaping draped. Nothing scuffs, nothing drips.
- Day 2
Paint
Two finish coats on every wall, hand-cut trim, full clean-up. Listing photos can shoot on Day 3. The property is ready for showings by the weekend.
