We got your portfolio
Thanks — we'll be in touch within one business day.
We'll come out for a same-week walk-through, quote a recurring-maintenance contract, and lock the monthly invoice so the next cycle ships without a phone call.
Contract cadence
One crew. One invoice. Three-month rhythm.
A recurring-maintenance repaint contract — not a one-off quote. Here's how the first three months land.
- Month 0
Walk-Through & Scope
We come out for a same-week walk-through, walk the building, count units, and lock the scope. You get a fixed monthly rate that covers the recurring cycle — no quote-and-go, no re-briefing before the second round.
- Month 1
First Cycle
The same crew-lead, the same crew, the same prep checklist. First recurring window ships on schedule — patching, sanding, two finish coats on the agreed areas, full clean-up. You receive one itemised monthly invoice.
- Month 3
Review & Recurring Window
At the three-month mark we walk it again, surface anything that moved (a tenant turnover, a new scuff line), and lock the next window. The contract keeps running — the quote doesn't restart from scratch every cycle.
Predictable monthly invoice
Every cycle ships on the same monthly invoice — patching, prep, two finish coats, clean-up, all itemised. Locked prep windows mean the next cycle is already on the calendar. No quote-and-go, no 5-figure surprises hiding behind a fresh estimate.
Same crew, every cycle
Every quarter or month, the same crew-lead walks the building and the same crew does the work. No re-briefing, no new sub-trades, no finger-pointing between cycles — the second and third rounds ship without a phone call.
